Make sure he wears the collar and lead at all times.
Whenever you want him to move around the house, fasten it to the cat collar and tie the cat collar around your ankle.
Remember to let him remain with you when you urinate.
Crouching at your ankle whilst you go will help to train him.
Clipping the dog lead directly to the cat collar - without the chain - is good if your want his face right up to your ankle.
